Black and White

Photographing landscapes in black and white is an opportunity I take when the right conditions present themselves. When I first became interested in photography, I had a strong interest in working in black and white, inspired by Ansel Adams, whose work adorned the walls of my home. Any landscape can make a compelling image, but working with black and white adds depth and drama and brings a different perspective to the scene. In this collection of galleries, different landscapes are shown in various weather conditions, including landscapes of mountains, trees, badlands, sand dunes, and desert textures.
